ABSTRACT
Purpose
of this study was to determine differences in processing time on incremental
and absolute programming CNC Milling Machine Training Unit 3 Axis.
This
research method is experimental. The results of this study indicate on
incremental and absolute program to get an average time of 4:17.20 seconds, and
programs to get the absolute average time of 4:20.60 seconds at a speed of ( F 100 m/minute).
Based
on the results obtained, it was concluded that the difference in processing
time on incremental and absolute programming CNC Milling Machine Training unit
3 Axis, get the difference in time 3:40 seconds, faster incremental programs in
the program compare absolute. Then to save the processing time on the
programming of CNC Mlling Machine Training Unit 3 Axis is more appropriate to
use an incremental program.
